Ann Oswald Benett has extensive experience launching and invigorating Executive Briefing Center Programs for industry leading companies. She started Benett Communications in 1999 and works with clients in The Americas, EMEIA, and Asia Pacific.
Ann managed the Global Executive Briefing Program at Apple for 4 years following 7 years at Apple in sales, business development, marketing and training. Prior to Apple, she was Director of Curriculum and Training at Know How, Inc.
She offers a global perspective on Executive Briefings along with demonstrated effectiveness in program development and strategy. Ann brings outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills to her projects.
Ann holds a Master of Arts degree in Education – Educational Technology, and a Certificate in Training and Human Resource Development.
She is an active member of ABPM – the Association of Briefing Program Managers – and is a frequent workshop leader and facilitator at ABPM global conferences. Ann served for 6 years on the Advisory Board of ABPM and for 5 years as the Board Facilitator. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Ann is the author of training workshops focused on the unique challenges of Executive Briefings: Best Practices in Briefing Operations, Strategic Business Planning for Customer Engagement Programs and Core and Advanced Facilitation: Orchestrating the Customer Experience.
